With the enhancement of the environmental consciousness,the research of water treatment agent which is non-toxic,pollution-free,biodegradable,has become an important research aspect.The tungstate which is non-toxic,pollution-free,can avoid increasing of microorganism,so it gets people's widespread attention.Based on the environmental protection,an idea is searched in this article.It is that heteropolytungstate which is non-toxic,pollution-free,combines with the poly-aspartate, a new green water treatment agent,which is biodegradable.In this article, the inhibition performance and the influencing factor is studied,some good ability projects are proposed and made a filtration and optimization.The scale performance of this formulation is also evaluated and the water quality with practical application is found out in the article.The primary content in this article includes:1.The 9-silicotungstate with better inhibition performance is synthesized and filtrated.2.The inhibition performance of the 9- silicotungstate is searched,the cooperative effect when it combines with PASP is appraised.And the best proportion is 10:1.3.A series of water treatment agent formulations including 9- silicotungstate and PASP is listed.Through dynamic rotary coupon test,a series of filtration on tungstate-based water treatment agent is got.The experimental results showed that the tungstate-based water treatment agent has an excellent inhibition performance,the corrosion inhibition rate is 0.025mm/y,the corrosion inhibition efficiency is 97.6%.4.The water quality control requirement of this agent is found out in daily operation.The research showed that the new tungstate-based water treatment agent has a certain wide pH scope,the pH scope is 9.3~10.The static anti-filthy experiment indicates that target of hardness has a critical concentration under a practical operating condition.When degree of hardness is smaller than 120ppm(Ca2+),the scale rate achieves above 99%, but if it has surpassed this boundary,scale rate suddenly reduces. 5.The research also shows that the tungstate-based water treatment agent has a perfect ability on anti-Cl- corrosion.Water treatment agent has a perfect ability on the temperature.
