Oil often spills in refining cycle cooling water system. It can react to the addition water treatment pharmaceutical from recycled water when oil leaks in the water circulation system, reducing the use of pharmaceutical effect, and increasing water corrosion rate. At the mean while, massive microorganism breed and the water quality worsens seriously. Oil leaks into the water circulating system, causing plugging filter devices in quartz sand filling next to the recycled water, unable to play a role in filtering, causing the water quality declining. Water circulating systems often need permute a lot of water, causing the refinery water circulation system of low concentration of water quality. The amount of fresh water increasing, sewage volume and sewage treatment overruns, at the mean while, water waste, restricting the development of enterprises seriously.It is developed the compound medicament by the experiments, which is composed of PAPE2~15mg/L,HEDP2~5mg/L and Zn2+0~5mg/L. The compound medicament has better capacity of anti-oil pollution. When the oil content is not higher than 30mg/L, A3 steel corrosion rate is not bigger than 0.013mm/a. The compound scale-corrosion inhibitor, which is screened by the copolymer, the carboxylate and the organic phosphine acid, can react with the filthy ion (either crystal grain) in the water to occur the chelation, the dispersion or the lattice distortion function. This react enables between the medicament to display"the coordination"the effect, through bonding different anti-filthy single mechanism, which can achieve good anti-filthy effect. The results indicated that the compound medicament, which is composed of PAPE10.0mg/L,PBTCA6.0mg/L,W118A6.0mg/L and HEDP4.0mg/L, is higher than 88.0% to CaCO3 in the water. It is developed compound, which is composed of 77% glutaric dialdehydes and 23% double-cation ion sterilization. This medicament under circulating water medium oil content≤30mg/L condition, through throwing the increment by 100mg/L (to use impact type), after 24h, in the water quality the heterotrophic bacteria eliminates rate achieves 99.7%; and after 48h, compound sterilization took a life the medicinal preparation eliminates to the iron bacteria and the sulfate return to original state fungus rate still above 99.0%. This can control the microorganism's growth, the reproduction, and have a good compatibility with the antisludging agent. Carrying on the coagulation settlement test, aiming at the high suspension and the turbidity in the water, and the quartz sand the filter display the processing effect normally with difficulty the condition, the results indicate that through the coagulation subsidence can reduce quality turbidity from 80.12NTU to less than 5.0NTU. This can fall the suspension and the turbidity in the water, improveing water quality, and have a good compatibility with sing the original water quality. arrying on the circulating water kinetic simulator experiment to the inhibition, the antisludging agent and the antiseptic, the test result indicated that: compound medicament to commonly used metal (carbon steel,stainless steel,brass,aluminum), the inhibition performance and the dirt settling rate achieves the superior grade target standard.After the technology used in refinery water circulation system, it will reduce the quality of the equipment for metal corrosion, to extend the service life of equipment, to reduce the suspended solids and turbidity in recycled water. It also will improve the quality of water circulation, to reduce the emission of water, improving the concentration multiple of running water cycle and water resources reuse rate, to achieve multi-effects of water-saving and emission reduction.
