In today's society,with the rapid development of water resource demand is rising and the fresh water resources shortage and water environment pollution is becoming increasingly serious,the shortage of water resources has become the economic development of human constraints,a serious threat to human survival and safety problems.As a result of urban water source stability and low,urban water as the second water resources development and utilization is particularly important,as an important way to alleviate the shortage of water resources.In the thermal power plant water consumption,circulating cooling water accounts for more than 90%of the total water capacity,installed capacity of 2*330MW thermal power plant,the daily circulation of cooling water supply amount of 2500t,consumption is very large.Therefore,it is possible to save the precious water resources and realize the recycling of reclaimed water,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of national economy and ecological environment.The water used in circulating cooling water will continue to make the evaporation and concentration of ion concentration in water increased,when a certain concentration ratio will affect the corrosion,condensing equipment of power system scale and microbial breeding,with the concentration ratio of circulating cooling water,the safe operation of the power unit damage in thermal power plant.Therefore,the treatment of circulating cooling water in thermal power plant must be after a certain degree of inhibition,and the one hand to ensure that the concentration ratio of circulating cooling water,on the other hand,to ensure the normal and safe operation of power system.In this paper,the concentration of Ca2+ in water is continuously increased by increasing the concentration of Ca2+ in the circulating cooling water of a thermal power plant in Shenyang.When the concentration ratio increases to a certain threshold,it will affect the corrosion and fouling of the condensing equipment and the use of JY-715 Type treatment agent price is high,the treatment effect is not good and other issues for corrosion and scale compound compound formula optimization.The secondary treatment water from the sewage treatment plant in the western suburbs of Shenyang is used as the supplementary water for the circulating cooling water system of the power plant.Respectively,the scale inhibitor,corrosion inhibitor single agent optimization test and compound formula concentration parameter optimization test,statistical test data and observation,analysis of test results,and then cost economy analysis.So as to get a suitable for Shenyang,a thermal power plant cooling water corrosion inhibition scale optimization compound formula.Based on the corrosion and scale inhibitor were optimized and the optimum concentration of the results of compound recipe optimization corrosion inhibitor,synergistic and antagonistic effect of CO reduction of second and three Yuan were analyzed.Then on the five kinds of orthogonal experiment to analyze the corrosion inhibition agent,determine a compound formula(PASP:PBTCA:HEDP:water soluble imidazole:EDTMPS 17:20:23:17:16mg/L(PASP:PBTCA:HEDP)and compound B:water soluble imidazole:EDTMPS 20:20:28:17:16mg/L)to test the optimized formula,the inhibition rate and inhibition rate were 97,9%97.9%,96.7%and 98.9%.Cost economy analysis of optimized compound agents.(PASP:PBTCA:HEDP:water-soluble imidazole:EDTMPS 17:20:23:17mg/L)treatment cost of 1.712 Yuan/m3,compound formula B(PASP:PBTCA:HEDP:water-soluble imidazole The cost of treatment is 1.873 Yuan/m3,Shenyang,a thermal power plant is now used JY-715 type water treatment unit price of about 2.5 Yuan/m3.It can be seen that the use of compound formula A(PASP:PBTCA:HEDP:water-soluble imidazole:EDTMPS 17:20:23:17:16mg/L)can save about 680832 Yuan per year.(PASP:PBTCA:HEDP:water soluble imidazole:EDTMPS 17:20:23:17:16mg/L)and JY-715 type corrosion inhibitor.The average corrosion inhibition rate of JY-715 corrosion inhibitor is 90.9%and the scale inhibition rate is 84.8%.The average corrosion rate of compound formula A is 98.1%and the scale inhibition rate is 97.8%.Comprehensive comparison,using a compound formula of low cost,corrosion inhibition performance of high quality,to ensure that Shenyang in a thermal power plant circulating cooling water system of condenser,generator stable and safe operation of completely;the economic benefits also showed certain advantages.
