| Cast film of polypropylene (CPP), which is widely used in textile and packaging of flower, food and commodity, is a nondirective films which is prepared by quenched melt and extruded from a flat mold without drawn. With the development of extruder and industrialized scale, the choice of raw materials'scope and consumption of CPP are more and more extensive. So CPP with more special and better properties is tended to be prepared. Thus multifarious CPP with new capability are used in further specialization to accommodate the multiform needs of market. The special resin, which is used to produce CPP, should have appropriate fluidity and tensility when it melt. And it comprises homopolymer and copolymer.In this paper, by analyzing the performance demands of duality random co-polypropylene cast film which is presently well-used interiorly, the special material of random co-polypropylene cast film is worked out, which meets the demands to CPP such as MFR, fish eye, peritectic point, ethylene contents, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. Besides, by comparing the characters of three kinds of catalysts , such as activity, hydrogen modulation, ethene reactivity, diameter distributing and resin ash, the seemly catalyst is chosen. At the same time, by measuring the various capabilities of resins with diverse ethylene contents, the ethylene contents of CPP are controlled. The way of adding ethene is confirmed by molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. After demonstrated in laboratory and applied in manufactory, the CPP scheme with high performance which is applicable to packaging industry today is acquired. The physical parameters and manufacture technics of CPP are also established. Then the trial-producing and the machining application estimation are carried out. Further more, the production of CPP is successfully prepared to meet the clientele's demands.. |
