When horizontal well produced, the fluid was three-dimensional flow in oil layer and flowed from the toe place to the production place, which this two flow behaviors were interrelationship and interaction. To describe exactly the production status of horizontal well not only need establish the reservoir condition but took into account the fluid flow through porous medium in horizontal well peripheral oil layer effected by the fluid flowing pressure drop in well bore, which developed the coupling problem between the variable mass flow in horizontal well bore and the fluid filtration in reservoir.Three dimensional reservoir and well bore coupling flow was ultimately founded in this thesis. By the example analysis and calculation in oil field analyzed the flux distribution for different time in transient state and discussed the flux and pressure distribution of laminar flow and hydraulic flow in stable state and evaluated the effects of various parameters on horizontal well production:(1) In this paper we concluded fluid mobility pattern and filtration feature in horizontal well bore and compared the pressure drop computational method of Dikken, Ozkan, Landman and SU. On the basis of the predecessors research the pressure drop model in this paper adopted the Ozkan model which considered the frictional pressure drop and fetched the pressure drop equation.(2) The feature of the two-dimension and three- dimension filtration model were discussed. On the basis of elastic non-steady state filtration theory, we united the tube current mobility pattern in well bore and established three dimension non-steady state coupling model using the methods of Green function and Gaussian elimination. By the example calculation we got the flux distribution for different time.(3) Considering the reservoir which external boundary was constant pressure we developed three- dimension steady state filtration model using the method of Fourier cosine transform and established coupling model between three-dimensional reservoir and well bore flow binding well bore pressure fall equation and coupling condition including the balanced flow and the equal pressure.(4) The three-dimensional steady state coupling model was numerically computed and programmed using Vba program language. By the example analysis and calculation of oil field, we got the flux,pressure and Reynolds number distribution in well bore and the effect of the sensitivity parameters.
