As the energy,hydrogen is more ang more attached importance to proper.From the angle of the clean energy,the hydrogen is the best carrier.The hydrogen don't have pollution and CO2 ,Being called"No pulltion".Being compared with other energy,the hydrogen has more excellence.The energy density of the hydrogen which is 2.68 times more than benzene is high.The heat efficiency is 30 %~60% more than other energy. For example,the hydrogen becomes the fuel of the fuel batteries,it will get a kind of high efficiency,clean, peaceful generate electricity technique.And the efficiency of it will be a time more than others.The hydrogen is fit for transportation using the pipes,and it can be transported with the petroleum.As the more kinds of energy,the hydrogen is the cheapest, least expense,fit for electricity transportation.The small size fuel batteries of the solid hydronium permutation velum can be used for the cars and trains ,The hydrogen can be immediately used the fuel of the motors,the hydrogen cars have been developed by Japan. In the 21th centary,the hydrogen motors will be used as the commerce of the cars,trains and plains.The hydrogen can be called"the second fuel",the most important preparation technics of the hydrogen are electroanalysis, pyrogenation, photolysis, radicalization, plasma and chemistry,fuel and biology producting hydrogen.As these methods, 96 % of the hydrogen is pick-uped from the natural gas coal and oil. 4 % of the hydrogen is pick-uped from the biology producting hydrogen.Expected the biology producting hydrogen ,otherproducting hydrogen will lose more energy ,and make more pollution.So the biology producting hydrogen will stint more and more energy and reduce the pollution.The biology producting hydrogen will become one of the mostly important direction in the further.With the same time, the biology wastewater treatment system will produce more sludge everyday.If the wastewater treatment plant don't treat the sludge,it will produce more and more pollution.Now the sludge treatment method are the fire, bury,ground using ,but these have more potential harm to the zoology entironment and human health Reasonable disposition,treatment, resource the sludge have become the biggest problem of the city economic development and continuable development.So combined of the sludge and bacteria , anaerobic fermentation can be used to produce the hydrogen.As the result ,the sludge quantity the pollution will reduce and the energy crisis will be catabatic,so it has be reported by more and more peoper in the world.12 strains of H2-producing bacteria were isolated and purified from anaerobic sludge, aerobic sludge and river bottom sludge by Hungate method. A new species of high efficient hydrogen production bacterium Enterococcus sp. LG1 (registration number: EU258743 ) was studied deeply. It was showed that the Enterococcus sp. LG1 was an anaerobic and Gram-negative bacterium. Sequence analysis of this type of clones showed that it was affiliated with the genus Enterococcus and it was not reported yet in other paper at present. Meanwhile, batch tests of anaerobic fermentative hydrogen production by Enterococcus sp. LG1 were investigated by using sterilization pretreated sludge as substrate. The changes of soluble COD, protein, carbohydrate and pH value during hydrogen fermentation were monitored. The was found that only hydrogen and carbon dioxide were produced by this strain and no methane was detected during fermentation. The maximal hydrogen yield was 36.48ml/gTCOD and the hydrogen concentration in the gas phase was 73.5 %. The Enterococcus sp. LG1 was a butyrate fermentation bacteria analyzed by metabolites.The most fit condition of the new species of high efficient hydrogen production bacterium Enterococcus sp. LG1 is done.The result indicates the fit pH and temperature of the new species of high efficient hydrogen production bacterium Enterococcus sp. LG1 is 9.0 and 37℃.The sludge by using sterilization pretreated sludge as substrate passes through the hydrogen anaerobic fermentation phase and the methane anaerobic fermentation phase. The changes of soluble COD, protein, carbohydrate and pH value during hydrogen fermentation were monitored,The results show the VSS/SS of the sludge descends form 82.83 to 51.42,it reduces so many .This has more engineering practice value ,but it needs more careful research.
