In face of energy shortage, the importance of energy conservation is highlighted. Extensive using of insulating glass greatly improves the development of energy-saving buildings. At the same time, the energy conservation standard about the construction is gradually enhanced,which urges the energy conservation characteristic of insulating glass to become better. Along with gradual deepening of the sustainable development idea and the building energy conservation consciousness, the high-performance insulating glass products will certainly obtain further development and broader market prospects. This will urge the research and development technology of sealing robot ,which is used to produce energy-saving insulating glass,to develop fast. As the core of the sealing robot, the research of electronic proportion control and flow control will have immediate influence on the quality of insulating glass products,so it is of very important significance.As the key factor of the sealing robot,the method of electronic proportion control and flow control will immediately influence the quality and the speed of sealing. Insulating glass sealant is provided to users by two components,including A and B components. A and B components are provided by a certain percentage. After the mixture of A and B components reaches a certain mixing uniformity, the mixture will form itself into the elastic rubber body. Because the curing velocity of insulating glass sealant will be influenced by the producing environment,it varies with the sealant of different brands. According to the actual producing environment, for example producing in different environment or using sealant of different brands, proportion of A and B components is adjusted ,in order to ensure the curing velocity of insulating glass sealant in reference range.In whole sealing process, how to control flow of sealant well is an key factor that immediately influences the the quality and the speed of sealing. The research about flow quality in pipeline is very important to realize stable control about sealing flow . In the topic , three dimensional modelling software UG is uesd to establish the three dimensional geometric model about fluid in the pipeline , according to the actual structure and parameters of the flow pipeline. The FLUENT software is used to devide the fluid model into grids , and carry on the steady-state numerical simulation about the flow field.Through the research of electronic proportion control and flow control, the stable control about the quality and the speed of sealing is realized.
