With the development of society and economy, water resource be shortage. Feed water dosing system is indispensable in the treatment of the waste water in the process of the domestic oil field, however, at the present domestic commonly used mixing tank and mechanical equipment and serious waste of water resources low economic efficiency. So the research of high economic benefit is very important in static mixer.In this paper, the mixed unit is divided into two parts of the left handed right handed spiral mixer, then determine the structure design of a new type of static mixer, Analysis on the characteristics of flow field by using CFD software, through the simulation of different parameters. With the increase in the number of blades of mixer flow resistance increased significantly, the twist angle of the vane mixing effect in improving the pressure drop increases slightly increased, Simulation analysis three kinds of feeding, The three drug optimal tube feeding, influence of mixer mixing blade length, so we can according to the requirements of leaf length, at the same time, further optimization of the static mixer spiral blade groups and blade twist angle and length of leaf feeding, determine the mixer structure calculation, design and use of double cylinder sleeve structure of portable sampler, determine the effect of inspection and evaluation method of mixer, through a mixture of clear expression of mixer mixing effect.Static mixer Mixed effect have low pressure drop loss, at the same time be able to effective use of water resources, so it has good social and economic value.
