This thesis aims to synthesis Polyaniline nanofibers with studies on effect of synthetic methods and doping acids on morphology. The conductivity and yield ratio of products were also studied and polyaniline were treated onto fabrication to make conducting fabrication.The synthesis method: chemical oxidation, interfacial polymerization and rapid mixing reaction had been chosen to obtain polyanilin nanofibers. On the basis of comparation, different sorts of doping acids were used to synthesis polyaniline nanofibers and effect on morphology were also studied. Synthesis polyaniline nanofiber in H2SO4 using rapid mixing reaction method was studied in detailed. The optimal synthesis condition was obtained by analyzing the mole ratio of ANI and APS, reaction time, concentration of sulfuric acid and reaction temperature. Mixing polyaniline with different morphology with bond and treating on the fabrication. The effects of morphology on resistance were discussed. Meantime, the conducting fabrication made by in-situ method was also studied. The fabrication surface resistance were measured after washing.The experiment conform that polyaniline with nanofiber morphology can be obtained using rapid mixing reaction method in sulfuric acid solution. FTIR and UV-visible prove that the product was doped and having good conductivity. The surface resistance of fabrication made by coating method was lower than fabrication made by in-situ method.
