Sugar esters are non-ionic surfactants that have been widely used in food,pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Many Scholars give enough concern on them just because they are non-ionic, nontoxic and biodegradable. Now most of the studies in national and international are remaining on batch. But only a few of studies about continuous production have been reported which use packed bed or CSTR, and the productivities of most of them are not high enough to Industrial Production. This paper designs a new scheme : recycling fluidized reactor, aiming at increasing productivity. The RTD are shudied to know the situation of flow in the reator. That may provide some information to the perfection and lager of the reactor.The RTD of the CSTR was first studied with Colorimetry. Conjugated linoleic acid was decided as show traces because of its Physical properties. Contrast with other show traces it can describe the flow more truly. The Non-dimensional variance is 0.7-0.9,which gives the instructions the flow of the reactor is nealy perfect .From the RTD curves we can see the design of the reactor is very good. A model was also given from the information of the RTD curves.A new recycling fluidized reactor was designed , then its Physical properties was detected . Minimum Flow speed and outflow speed are 2.0×10-3m/s and 2.43×10-2m/s. For the scheme in this paper , its Minimum flow and out flow are 2.17×10-3m/s和2.31×10-2m/s.Compared with the measurement they are of almost. The RTD was also studied with the conjugated linoleic acid colorimetry. From that the mathmatical model between the factors and the non-dimensional variance is established, which may provide some information for the design of reactor.The lauroyl maltose was synthesised with recycling fluidized reactor, and different single-factor was studied .The method of response surface analysis gave the optimal conditions in acetone as follows: concentration of lauric acid 214mmol/l, enzyme dozes 6g,10g maltose were added for once, expansion ratios1.1, feed flow rate0.34mL/min,the amount of molecular is 3.15g.The productivity is 52.45g/(L.d). The design-expert also gave a Practical mathmatical model between the productivity and the factors.
