The technique and technics of anti-radiation organic glass containing lead was researched by bulk-polymerization and microemulsion polymerization. The paper mainly discussed the preparation and synthesis of anti-radiation organic glass containing meatle by microemulsion polymerization.In the study of the preparation of the lead salt,the technics of Pb(MA)2 and Pb(MA)2 was confirmed. The purity of two organic lead salt was determined by the method of calcine-complex titration. The purity of Pb(MA)2 and Pb(MA)2 was 97.07% and 92.46%. The content of Pb(MA)2 and Pb(MA)2 was 94.29% and 92.12%.In the study of bulk-polymerization, the technology of preparation and best anti-radiation material condition was gained by adding lead methacrylate(Pb(MA)2) and lead octanoate(Pb(OA)2) to the co-polymerization system of methyl metharcylate(MMA) and dimethylaminoetheyl methacrylate(DM). The relationship between the dosage of dimethylaminoetheyl methacrylate(DM) and lead and the transparency of the polymer was studied. The best researched system was MMA/DM by studing the effect of the methacrylic acid(MA), styrene(St) or DM on the transparency and organic lead's proportion. The effect of the proportion of DM, Pb(MA)2, Pb(OA)2 and Pb on transparency of polymer was researched. The result of research is that the organic glass containing lead 55% was obtained on condition that the content of DM is over 25% and the proportion of Pb(MA)2 and Pb(MA)2 is 1:1.In the study of the preparation of organic glass by microemulsion polymerization, it is studied following as the character of microemulsion the pseudoternary three phase figure, the proportion between MMA and cosurfactant, the effect of water, lead salt and cinnamene on the transparency of polymer. It was mainly studied that under the fixed proportion of MMA and HEMA or DM, nitric acid pb affected on the transparency, the best system was confirmed.The anti-radiation organic glass containing lead 18% by microemulsion polymerization was prepared.The performances of optics and the physics of thermotics and the ability of anti-radiation were detected.
