Direct utilization of solvent products from acetone-butanol(AB) fermentation is becoming more and more attractive, as the solvents concertration in AB are too low that large amount of energy has to be consumed in the products recovery process. On the other hand, an effective way to enhance the properties of the biodiesel was to add chemosynthesis butanol to the biodiesel. Using biodiesel as fermentation Chemistry, both from the broth to remove toxic solvents products, ease of inhibition and improve fermentation production strength, can be extracted with alcohol-based biodiesel as a "high quality" directly promote the use of biodiesel , Save energy-consuming products solvent recovery process.The core culture medium was used to produce AB in our research. In preparatory work 7%(w/v) concertration core culture medium have been consumed when the fermentation ended. For the purpose of butanol extractive fermentation, the concentration of corn culture medium was increased from 7% to 15%, but The substrate inhibition did not occur, which ensured enough nutrition in extractive fermentation. By means of the effect of biodiesel amount on the performance of extractive fermentation, the total solvent yield reach 31.55 g/L-broth, which is 54.88% higher than that of the traditional batch fermentation.The wast supernatant recycle for the second round of more than fermentation ingredients,we can save valuable water resources while reducing pollution emissions from the load. The results show that properly controlled conditions, about 50 percent more than the stripping solution can be returned to use, is expected to gradually promote the national "energy-saving e&waste minization " industrial production patterns around.In the process of AB fermentation, the solvent product-butanol needs more NADH, and acetone do not need any reducing power. More NADH (adding electronic carrier material)can produce more butanol. 0.1%(w/v) neutral red was added to core culture medium,and also coupled with waste cooking oil as extractant. The results showed that, butanol concertration and"actual butanol yield"in the waste cooking oil improve 19% and 31%, from 11.3 g/L and 13.8% to 13.4 g/L and 18.1%. at the same time the acetone concertration decreased by 28%, realizing high alcohol / low acetone fermentation characteristics and goals of the preliminary...
