Along with the enhancement for security and stability in the processing of the PVC productions, the epoxy plasticizer gradually becomes the domestic and foreign applied tendency by the reason of non-toxic, heat-resisting and the light-fast stable. Our country is one of the richest vegetable oil resources countries in the world, prepared epoxy plasticize by fatty acid ester from vegetable oils to replace the plasticizes from petroleum having great significations. The existing technique for epoxy fatty acid ester nearly have disadvantages, such as high consumption, generous waster water, poor stability and so on; on the other side, the vegetable oil price rises every year, as a result, the improvement of the existing technique and seeking the cheap raw materials are more and more important. In this paper, the research includes the following three aspects:Firstly, take the cheap soy acidic oil methyl esters as raw materials, without sulfuric acid and solvent, optimized by orthogonal experiments in this process, some factors that had influenced on the epoxy value of product, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, the amounts of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide were discussed; confirmed the optimum technics, the epoxy value of the final product was 4.57%.The second, stearic acid replaced formic acid, took lipase as catalyzer, took toluene as solvent, discussed the influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, the amounts of stearic acid and hydrogen peroxide in the reaction, confirmed the optimum technics, the epoxy value of the final product was 6.22%.The last one, took oleic acid and methanol as raw materials, chose NaHSO4 as catalyzer, made a desk study for the esterification of bad raw materials. The optimum scale of crude material was that the mol scale of oleic acid and methanol was 1:2, the mass of NaHSO4 was 1.0% of oleic acid, reaction temperature 65℃, reaction time 2hours, the efficiency under these conditions was more than 98%, and the catalyst stability was fine.
