As a kind of important organic chemical product, dodecyl stearic acid ester has a high economic value. It can be used as a disinfectant, cosmetics, plasticizer, plant growth regulator, cylinder lubricant, fiber in lubricant and it is widely used in light industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine industry and so on. Synthesis literature method of Dodecyl stearic acid ester basically uses acid as catalyst, toluene as solvent, reaction above 120℃which inevitably brings about serious pollution and low yield. Lipase fatty alcohol ester is characterized with mild reaction condition, good selection, high yield, green chemistry. There is no report about Dodecyl stearic acid ester synthesis of Lipase in the literature. Based on the above information, stearic acid by dodecyl ester of enzymatic preparation conditions are well discussed in this paper in order to get data of industrial production.This paper deals with hydrolysis activity and synthetic study from the PPL from animals and the fungus from Candida. The result of the research is that synthesis energy of the hydrolysis of textile fabric Immobilization Candida sp is the highest, while Candida Immobilization for stearic acid ester dodecyl sp has very good catalytic ability and can be used in different polarity solvent with wide application scope. The pH of the system of water demand is not high and it is resistant to high temperature. The best reaction conditions are:by solvent, stearic acid and dodecanol 1:1,40℃, pH 7.0, Candida sp 4%, molecular sieve 0.7g, stearic acid conversion reaction 4h to 92.15%.By means of further research of Candida dodecyl stearic acid catalytic synthesis sp ester dynamic mechanism, it is found that in certain temperature range, it is in accordance with Arrhenius formula, through different temperature measurement, the parameters of the early response rate of fitting, apparent activation energy for Ea=7.821kJ/mol results.Through the determination of various substrate concentration, reaction rate is determined, mechanism of substrate-enzyme catalyzed biginelli reaction model is found and dynamic equation of reaction mechanism of application is discussed.
