Flat plate vulcanizer has been used in rubber industry for more than hundred years. At present the normal rubber products for industrial use are produced by fluid power mode locking flat plate vulcanizer, and the production technology is that product is made by mode pressure, but the technology has many defects, especially when producing high quality and complex structure rubber products, which can't meet the market request. Finally the use of flat plate vulcanizer is limited.One-step injection machine doesn't need axial injection equipment of traditional injection machine, so it is simplified very much. The process of traditional injection includes two steps, which are plastic, and injection, so one-step injection simplified injection techniques. It dynamically injects rubber into the mould; therefore it has no restriction of injection capacity. In a word, one-step injection technique has bright future and it will benefit social and economy.At the basis of improving the quality of the products and to spread flat plate vulcanizer, in this thesis flat plate vulcanizer combine with one-step injection machine for the first time innovatively, fluid power mode locking vertical three-location one-step injection machine is designed.The principally innovation ideas of the thesis as follows:1. Firstly the most important way is that One-step injection shaping device is used in flat plate vulcanizer. These two parts existed mutually independent, and then it has been changed now. The new structure take advantage of merits of the two parts, and meanwhile the structure and the craftwork are simplified, the quality is improved. 2. The electric injection device is newly designed. Plastication and injection is done with one step. Compared to traditional hydraulic injection method and hydraulic force-feeding method, the new design is simple and compact in structure; it can save energy, maintained easily and made cheaply; it can produce in civilization for it improves the working environment.3. The injection machine and toggle clamping installment are vertical, the flat plate vulcanizer can change the mold according to use. In the design, which is proved that stress is reasonable, distortion is slight. It overcomes the shortcoming of conventional equipment, and carrys out high-capacity injection. This is a breakthrough in the multi-location injection design.4. This design successfully combines chain-driven with slide guide pair, and screw accessory drive availably, which made the whole mechanism possess many merits, such as, more stationarity movement, higher centring accuracy performance, and better recipucate performance, etc. As a result, the efficiency of injection is improved. The stability of the whole machine is checked to make produce reliably.5. The advanced digital sensing technology is used, which can check the head pressure, compression force and axial force with information analog. Then the information quantifying of rubber and digital operation of compression device are realized, making the equipment work safely; and automation and stability of the production quality can be realized easily.6. FEA is used in optimization design. In this thesis the oil cylinder and the entablature are analysed independently. To change the parameter, the optimization design of the part is done. The new way is easy and timesaving compared with conventional method, and can improve the safe reliability.7. Three-dimensional software is used to make three dimensional modeling and three-dimensional dynamic simulation. On the aim of design and research, 3ds max make a three-dimensional dynamic simulation of fluid power mode locking vertical three-location One-step injection machine to appraise design.In the thesis the design of fluid power mode locking vertical three-location One-step injection machine has many innovations. The machine use one-step injection technology which can produce big and complex products and it has big injection pressure to improve the quality of the products; all the system can change the mold according to demand, which has a good future, and will bring rich economic performance.
