The super large rubber seal ring are widely used in large industrial equipment,livelihood projects,large buildings and variety of sealing equipment.The molding technology for the super large rubber seals so far is the traditional molding pressing process,which has several problems in the process of forming large and super large rubber sealing ring: First,the pressure of molding pressing process is low,lead to the density of the sealing ring is low,besides bubbles in the product can not be excluded while pressing,reduce the life of the product.Secondly,the fly edge around the product is large,which leading to serious waste of rubber.Thirdly,compression molding technology has lower production efficiency,higher production cost and large energy consumption.In order to use injection moulding technology to form a certain type of super large rubber sealing ring which has consists of two different kinds of rubber.The main problems that solved in the design are as follows:1.The super large rubber seal ring that need to produced is made by two different kinds of rubber,the shape of cross section is complex,mould design is difficult.In this design,I have combine moulding movement injection technology and two-step parting technology,designed two sets of different molds.Which ensured the the sealing performance of the sealing ring and the rationality of the mould.2.Due to the limitations of injection capacity and pressure,traditional injection molding machine is unable to satisfy the demand of super large rubber sealing ring injection molding.In this design,I have designed a one-step injection molding machine that suitable for this type of sealing ring,overcome the limitations and improve the quality of the product,enhance product quality and production efficiency.3.Using electric spiral-capsule locking technology in the design,solved the limitation of clamping stroke,enhance the clamping force and reduced the volume of the equipment greatly.4.In order to improve the linkage and automation level of the equipment,lead into annular track system for the design,combined conductive slip ring device,solved the problem of the mutual movement between different station for the mould,increase the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.5.Using FEA software to analysis the key parts of the forming equipment,optimize the structure and improve the performance of the equipment.Meanwhile using 3D dynamic simulation technology to simulate the working process of the equipment that designed,to verified the rationality and feasibility of the structural design,which improve the design level.The one-step injection molding equipment for the super large rubber sealing ring that designed in this paper can fill the shortcomings of traditional rubber injection molding process and forming the high quality rubber sealing ring.This is a significant technical breakthrough in sealing ring forming industry,and has a wide range of development and application prospects.I believed that it will have an important impact on economic construction and industrial production.
