In recent years,in order to make better prevention and treatment of coal and gas outburst from the perspective of the mine safety in production,multi-directional, multi-angle studies and awareness have been given to the characteristics of coal,a more in-depth study has been especially given to those soft coal seams who have received structural damage and impact.The Qinan Mine in Huaibei has complex tectonic conditions,and has serious gas outburst,which is a serious threat to the mine safety in production,this paper can predict the structure exposed in the distribution of the coal from the perspective of the tectonically deformed coal,thus it can provide certain guidance to the mine safety in production.This paper took the perspective of formation of the coal,on the base of describing macro deformation of the coal,made 105 coal slice samples in different transformative stage,made microscopic observation and identification of the structure of the coal and research its physics character.Took the Qinan mine's coal seam as the main research object,further investigated the structure of the coal mining and development of the actual situation in scene,after adequately collecting the information and the actual mine site,we bring forward the method of log structure identification coal to determine the structure of the coal-tiered and thickness and the main coal seam coal structural characteristics of the distribution of coal structure.At the same time,we bring forward log formation coal identification of "three comparison" approach.The development of formation coal may qualitatively reflect the hazard of gas outburst.Through analyzing curve of 471 boreholes among 5 coal seams,we compartmentalize the structure of coal in coal seam into primary coal,transitional coal and tectonically deformed coal,respectively counted the percentage and thickness of primary coal,transitional coal,tectonically deformed coal,and the coal gangue, analyzed the layered characteristics of tectonically deformed coal.Accordingly,the development of tectonically deformed coal is studied in the coal seam,the distributive map of three coal body textures is plotted in coal seam 32,72,10,and its relation with danger of coal and gas outburst is primarily discussed.This paper presents a new way of predicting the coal and gas outburst:Combined the contour map of the floor plan and the distribution structure of coal seam gas geological map,forecast the danger of regional area will get close to reality,in accordance with the gas in the geological map of the area of delineated on the danger area in the gas geological map of the designated area,re-identification of coal and gas outburst new distribution area in the gas geological map of the designated area.
