The phase behavior of nonionic and anionic surfactants along with different combinations of the two were determined, the contents of active ingredient in oil, different water hardness were investigated using pseudo-ternary phase diagram with abamectin, Beta-Cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos as the pesticide. In emulsion in water with abamectin as the pesticide, Combinations of anionic and nonionic surfactant produced smaller phase diagram emulsion in water (EW) regions than did anionic or nonionic surfactant used alone. The area of EW was affected slightly by the content of abamectin in oil phase and water hardness. In emulsion in water with Beta-Cypermethrin as the pesticide The area of EW was affected slightly by the non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the ratio of 1:1 and non-ionic surfactants along. The area of EW was affected slightly by the non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the ratio of 2:1 and the non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the ratio of 3:1. The area of EW was affected greatly by the different solvent. In emulsion in water with chlorpyrifos as the pesticide The area of EW was affected slightly by the non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the ratio of 1:1 and non-ionic surfactants along. The area of EW was affected slightly by the non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the ratio of 2:1 and the non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the ratio of 3:1.We could determined the amount of the different surfactant by the pseudo-ternary phase diagram. The area of EW was affected obviously by the the contents of different surfactant. So, The method Screening Pesticides of emulsion in water is feasible using the Pseudo-ternary phase diagram.
