With the intensification of water pollution, water resource is becoming the primary problem which cumbers the further processing of economy and society of our country. To solve this problem of lack water, water regeneration and reuse is being paid more attention. We did some research on infection of phosphorus and nitrogen removal in membrane bioreactor reclaimed water reuse systerm, by changing some parameters of processing, such as HRT, DO level, pH, and so on. We also analysed the infection of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND). We tried our ways to control membrane fouling, and we analysed the feasibility of MBR on technology and economy. The results showed that, DO level was the major factor; temperature, pH, HRT, and MLSS did less infection on removing rate of MBR. Membrane made MBR had a steady removal rate, by rejecting effectively.DO level was the major factor to infect SND, meanwhile HRT and MLSS were less important to the removal rate. We proved that simultaneous denitrifying phosphorus removal and SND did exist, Short-cut Nitrification and Denitrification did not happen. That membrane flux had not decreased markedly proved that our ways were effective and feasible.During the experiment, we confirmed the most economical and rational processing parameters to treat this kind of municipal sewage. HRT was 6 hours, DO range was 0.8 to 1.2 mg/L, MLSS range was 2000 to 5000 mg/L, and there was no need to control pH. The effluent of the two reactors which were operated under the best parameters had already achieved the standards of (GB/T18920-2002), when the influent came from sewage. The processing cost to treat a ton of waste water was 0.837 yuan. The pilot plant research can be used for reference for production practice.
