In the field of petroleum and chemical industries, there are numerous categories of industrial microorganisms in the circulating water system, and the mass rearing of industrial microorganism often causes corrosion of drilling equipment, pipeline and other metal material. However, microorganism attached to the solid surface material could form biofilm under liquid environment, and there was stronger resistance to the antimicrobial agents of bacteria in biofilm than that in water. So, to develop environmentally safe, efficient, multiple functions bactericide which could inhibit biofilm's forming is new research direction at prevent.In this paper, various bactericides were prepared by poly(vinylbenzyl chloride) and vinybenzyl choride quaternization with triethylamine, triphenylphosphine, triethyl- phosphine, their molecule structures were illustrated by IR spectrum, and the thermal stability of plolymeric triphenyl phosphonium salts and polymeric triethyl ammonium salts were investigated by TG/DTG curves.Their antibacterial activities against Sulfate Reducing Bacteria(SRB), Total General Bacteria(TGB) were explored by four tube test,maximum probable number method and dilution—plate method. The results indicated that the antibacterial activity of plolymeric triphenyl phosphonium salts were found to be higher than that of polymeric triethyl ammonium salts, but the antibacterial activity against SRB of triphenyl phosphonium salts was found to be higher than that of tributyl phosphonium salts and polymeric triphenyl phosphonium, and there was a long-term antibacterial effect for triphenyl phosphonium salts against SRB, with extended exposure time, the antibacterial efficiency was raised, the best exposure time was two hours. The flocculating effect of polymeric triphenyl phospho- nium, tripheny phosphonium salts and tributyl phosphonium salts was investigated by turbidity test experiment, the results showed that there was good flocculating of tripheny phosphonium salts. The results of potentiodynamic polarization curves and corrosion potential tracking indicated that the small molecule phosphonium salts did not accelerate corrosion of Q235 steel in culture medium, and after small molecule phosphonium salts film formed on the Q235 steel,the corrosion potential of Q235 steel moved to positive potential direction, the results of SEM and EIS indicated that the film of small phos- phonium salts on Q235 steel could inhibit the forming of SRB biofilm, so that prevented the corrosion effect of SRB to occur under the biofilm.
