FRP(Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastics) is a composite material with outstanding mechanical properties of new materials.It is mainly composed of fiberglass and epoxy resin.Because of its characteristics such as light quality,high intensity and excellent rigidity,it has been widely used in the military industry,aerospace, automobile and other fields.Inclined winding can improve the erosion resistance of high-speed airflow that overlap winding can not increase.It is a new winding technology that there is an angle in the winding direction of the tape and core module.In this way we can improve the erosion resistance.The paper designed a inclined winding machine which is composed of four members:a inclined winding dolly,a tailstock top,a chuck member and a machine tool bed.The inclined winding dolly is the most important part in the design.It is composed of inclined winding dolly structure,tape decoiling equipment,tape rectifying deviation devices,rotation mechanism,longitudinal feeding mechanism, as well as transversal feeding mechanism.Every component part is driven by independent servo motor.The paper uses PRO/ENGINEER as the platform for the design.Based on its parameters linkage and dimension driven functions,the templates of part drawing, assembly drawing and project drawing which ensure the entire design process associated with the design parameters and transmit design information among them are designed.By these templates we can create the 3D models,parametric standard parts library and project drawing of the inclined winding machine.Based on the one database of PRO/ENGINEER,the design can be changed easily.The paper uses HyperMesh to mesh the important parts and takes ANSYS to solve the finite element model.In order to load the equivalent torque to the shaft,the paper adopt the method of coupling node.Finally,the movement animations are made so that the movement process can be shown more clearly.
