Modern optical systems was moving toward more micromation, lightweight, simplified structure, and cost-effective way. Along with the optical design, processing, testing technology to raise the level of aspheric optical system has gradually become the most widely used and one of the most effective components.Aspheric optical parts have more different from the traditional ones not only on design but machining technique. The key point to produce high-volume manufacturing aspheric optical parts was precise injection molding of optical plastic. The production process was sample and fast and the products had a high precision. But the process was very complicated, the quality of the lens which influenced by other elements was hard to control. With the help of the Wuhan GaoQiao Optronics company, this paper did a particular research on the main molding process parameters of the aspheric optical lens and gave an analysis to the basic principles. Analyzed the precise injection pressure to influence with lens shrinkage by the P-V-T method, it has provided a basis for the reality pressure parameter establishment. In order to better discovers the main injection parameter of the lens overall quality influence, done experiment of the different injection speed,holding pressure,melt temperature and mold temperature to influence the lens weight, the radius change and the stress. In discussing the results of experiments using the experimental design method, a statistical analysis of the effects of different parameters and gives the optimized combination way. The precise injection molding of optical plastic lens should use the high mold temperature, high pressure and lower injection speed; Injection molding process parameters on the resolution of optical lenses, back focal length of optical properties of the experiment, the experimental results was analyzed. And analyzed the defects of the products was necessary and found the corresponding solutions.
