Toxic and noxious gases produced in electroplate industry not only do harm to workers, but also pollute atmosphere environment.At present,corporations commonly adopt local exhaust hood,which is assembled for the pollutant dispersion for stationary plating bath,to control the pollution in electroplating workshop,for the control for diffused toxic and noxious gases produced in the process of moving traveling crane adhered with liquid with high concentration,scientists at home and abroad rarely research about this.This paper deals with the study of sulfate electroplating tinning production line of electroplating workshop in heat treatment enterprise in Zhuzhou,does research with systemic and comprehensive numerical simulation on the control of toxic and noxious gases produced in moving traveling crane:(1) the current research about pollutant dispersion at home and abroad is pointed out at first and the concept of controlling the poliutants is propounded at first;(2) then the CFD commercial code FLUENT is selected to simulate the dispersion based on comprehensive analysis for pollutant dispersion models to showing the characteristic for pollutant dispersion in moving process:at first,analyze the physical model,select the craftwork in pickling tank in which produce much no_x as numerical model,simplify the work pieces on the foundation of unaffecting the resultant,use the dispersion characteristi(?) of four high-point as the symbol of-dyn(?) dispersion characteristic during moving process,establish reasonable mathematic models,adopt laminar viscous model,standard k-εviscous model and SIMPLE arithmetic to simulate the dispersion process,educe the velocity field and concentration field of toxic and noxious gases in the four high-point under the circumstances of with and without background wind (transverse wind);(3)And then,control project is put forward:design exhaust hood on the base of FLUENT numerical simulation,advance the concept of moving local exhaust hood, two exhaust projects are put forward:one is adopting a side intake hood,the other is a blowing and drawing exhaust cover,research the meet project of moving,tube and stationary tube for the two projects separately,then validate the capability for the designed local exhaust hoods and analyze their exhausting pollutant effect under the circumstances of with and without background wind(transverse wind) when adopt a side intake hood, advance the correlative countermeasures;analyze the field space for different inlet gas velocity and outlet gas velocity when adopt the blowing and drawing exhaust cover and optimize the exhaust system,the results show that the blowing and drawing exhaust hood works better in decontamination;(4) introduce the purification system for noxious gases; (5) at last advance the direction for next research.
