Nowadays world situation of energy shortage becomes gradually severe, while energy production is inevitably restricted to factors such as economy development and environmental protection etc. CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant)—Turbine Coal Gas-Steam combined circulation electricity generation system, because of high comprehensive energy using efficiency, has received more and more extensive of attention and application. The CCPP requests very high decontamination of turbine coal gas, however the dust content in the turbine coal gas of iron-steel works is very high, as a result the application of CCPP in iron-steel works is restricted. In the dissertation the purification system of coal gas in the iron-steel works was analysed and designed systemically, which has important engineering meaning.According to the actual electricity generation condition and decontamination process of CCPP, built by Chongqing Iron&Steel Corporation, Ltd., a set decontamination system of blast Furnace gas and coke oven gas for Turbine were proposed and analysed, including blast furnace gas decontamination, coke oven gas decontamination, and mixture coal gas decontamination system: Dust-removing widely of Blast Furnace(BF)Gas is introduced; Detailed analysis and Type Selections Calculation is carried on with Bag Dust-removing System of Dry Type Dedusting; According to actual application of coal gas in Chongqing Iron & Steel Corporation and existed problems in the production, it carried on analysis and put forward resolving project; and Type Selections Calculation of Electricity Dust-removing System and actual application were accomplished; In the meantime, combined actual application circumstance of Coke Oven Gas, the Type Selections Calculation and engineering design of the Electrical Tar Precipitator were established .Because the coal gas decontamination system can not meet the requirements, and the CCPP machine unit can not run smoothly, a series of improvements were made with mixed coal gas, including: putting forward application of blast furnace gas efficient gas-liquid separation, addition of mechanical mist collector, increment of the mixed coal gas decontamination machine, and addition of big Y type filter machine, which made mixed coal gas come to requirements of CCPP generation electricity. In the end of this paper, some advices about the decontamination system improvement in the production process was put forward and discussed.
