In the coal industry production safety prevention and emergency management, and how to allocate effectively and rationally the Emergency Service Stations is a critical strategic decision. The coal industry safety production needs to prevent the occurrence of coal mine accident, Crisis management reduces the consequences of disasters by the process, and pays attention to subsequence and emergency. In the process of the Emergency Service Stations the association of coal mine production safety and crisis management in response to the disaster is the Emergency Service Stations location, the decisions of location are particularly important.
