Along with the fast development of infant products market, the need of infant clipper is increasing. But through market investigation, it was found that there were few products which reasonably considered and used ergonomics during the designing process.Collected and arranged large number of information, the paper analyzed the products' structure, function, material and color and pointed out 12 shortages, then made a reasonable design orientation. In this article, security, human engineering, considerations ease of use, interesting, emotionality and ecosystem were used as design principles, and made human engineering the most important one. During the designing, the author used female hand sizing system-adult in the People's Republic of China national standards and actually measuring size as basic to design the structure of infant barber, determined the main sizes of blade and fuselage. Through operating analysis, the conclusion that bending the place of holding 19 angle can change the wrist fore condition was gained, in order to avoid disease of the wrist. The user interface referenced mobile phone, using a circle style. Combining material, color and texture design, five designs were got at last.To integrate the advantages and disadvantages of various programs, accurately and reasonably filter out the final project, the paper introduced grey theory evaluation system. According to the characteristics of infant barber, the author developed 6 first evaluation index, 19 second evaluation index, and determined the final project. The paper made full use of computer-aided design to convert the design as 3D result diagram, built up 3D model through Pro/E and Rhino software, applied AUTO CAD getting engineering diagram and six face diagrams. Design finally adopted fast model technique to get the final product model.
