With the development of the food machinery manufacturing industry,the technical level of the spiral Juicer in China has come to the forefront of the world,but it is still very insufficient in the appearance of the spiral Juicer products and the human machine interaction.Some domestic food manufacturer have been pioneering and developing in terms of function,but little about the appearance and man-machine of machinery.In this case,this paper improves the two aspects of the man-machine and appearance of the spiral Juicer to improve the interactive level between the user and the machine,so as to improve the quality of the user’s work.In view of the demand problem of spiral Juice design,this paper evaluates the important degree of the user’s demand,quantifies the perceptual demand,and calculates the data of average,standard deviation and frequency through Excel,so as to get the design requirement of the spiral Juicer.This paper uses the ergonomics method to calculate the size of the lower end of the screw Juicer at the age of 20-60 years old male(481.2mm)female(435mm),the height of the hopper:male(1677mm)female(1467mm),the height of the pressure regulating head mechanism:male(1164mm)female(996mm),visual window height The size is male(1629mm)female(1496mm),so that the size of the screw squeezer is compatible with the user’s physiological structure.In order to facilitate users to operate the control panel of the screw extractor,reduce errors.In this paper,the concept of common key area is put forward,the static size of the arm and the adjustment range of the comfort degree of each arm Joint are studied.Using the rhinoceros software,the three-dimensional activity range of the natural motion of the index finger is simulated in the process of the normal operation control panel of the user,and the common key areas on the control panel are determined.The detail design of control panel is carried out in the aspects of user’s cognitive features,visual function,human finger size and so on,making the design control panel more humanized,more consistent with human operation characteristics and improving operation efficiency.In order to solve the problem of irregular shape and color collocation,this paper studies the two theoretical aspects of the basic analysis of modeling design and the aesthetic rule of modeling design,and uses the mixed proportion composition method to get the profile of the spiral Juicer,which lays the foundation for the design of the appearance.Through the analysis of the existing market machine color,find a reasonable color matching,and finally determine that the color selection is based on black,gray as the auxiliary,red,green,white to decorate the color.By analyzing the material characteristics,it is determined that the main material of the screw press is martensitic stainless steel,and the material of the window is toughened glass,and logo selects acrylic material. |
