The diether is a novel donor of Ziegler-Natta(Z-N) Catylysts, when take 9,9-bis (methoxymethyl)fuorine (DMMF) which is a kind of diether as external donor (De) or inter donor(Di) of Z-N catalyst in propylene polymerization, the effect is similar, the isotacticity are good, and the activity is 3-5 times higher than which on the traditional diesters. The silanes compound dicycolpentyl dimethoxy silane(DCPMS) as a De of Fourth generation of Z-N catalyst, make polypropylenes with high isotacticity and high activity.This article is revolving the novel diethers donor 9,9- bis (methoxymethyl)fluorine (DMMF), has systematically studied the new synthesis craft of DMMF. The green reagent methyl-carbonate(DMC) is used to be the methylation reagent to synthesize DMMF. Two steps of synthesis to synthesize DMMF: First, with the industry fluorine as the raw material, 9,9-bis(hydromethy)fluorine(DHMF) is synthesized through method of hydromethylation. Second, with DHMF as the raw material, DMC and tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB) ,DMMF is synthesized through method of phase transfer in the system of toluene solvent and NaOH solution. Effects of the molar ratio of n(BHMF)∶n(NaOH), different phase transfer catalysts(PTC), PTC dosage, dimethyl carbonate dosage and reaction temperature on the yield of 9,9-bis(hydromethyl)fluorene(BMMF) were inverstigated, and optimal reaction conditions for preparation of BMMF is developed.DMMF and DCPMS as De applied in propylene polymerization has studied, contrasts the different performance between them, discovers both fit and unfit quality to be possible supplementary. Proposed and studied DMMF and DCPMS cooperate in the propylene polymerization, discussed the effect of activity, isotacticity, crystal capability and MFR on cooperating. Attempt to adjusts the performance by DMMF to the DCPMS with hydrogen-control capability, synthesis polypropylene with different. MFR.
