Organic/inorganic composition light-emitting device is considerd as a new approach which is used to realize light-emitting highly active, because it concenters various performances such as nano and organic. In this thesis, PANI film and PANI/CdSe composition film were prepared by electrochemistry, which made great contribution to the assembly of the the polymer/nanocrystals composition light-emitting devices.In this thesis, The PANI films were prepared by constant potential deposition and impulse potential deposition methods. The morphology, structure and optic properties of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared ray (IR) and Luminescence spectrum. The results of the experimentation indicate that the morphology of PANI crystals films prepared by constant potential varies with deposition time. In addition, the particle diameter was reduced effectually with the protective material PVP. The luminescence spectrum demonstrates that the PANI film is photoluminescent, and the luminescent intensity increases with the increase of the deposition time. As for the PANI films prepared by impulse potential deposition method, its'particle diameters were about 90-150nm and the effect of impulse cycle and deposition time for the morphology of PANI films was not obvious. The luminescence spectrum revealed that the emitting peak of the PANI films located at about 520nm, and the luminescent intensity increases with the increase of the duty cycle. Compared with the film prepared by constant potential deposition, the PANI films prepared by impulse potential deposition method were more compact, and the particle diameter reduced about 5-10nm. The location of emitting peak had little changed while the luminescence spectrum increased obviously.On the base of the PANI films prepared by electrochemical process, the composition films were prepared by dual-bath method. The film contains two kinds of crystals, PANI and CdSe indicate by XRD analyzed. The SEM image described that the CdSe particles were deposited above the PANI film, and its'diameters were about 80-150nm. The luminescence spectrum shows that compared with CdSe film, the luminescent wavelength of composition film are red-shifted obviously, and the luminescent intensity is increased observably too.
