PANI is one of the most practical conductive high polymer materials with the qualities of easy availability, polymerization,good environment stability and conductivity and its unique doping mechanism. The conductive composite film which was manufactured by using PANI is transparent, soft and stable.It has vital application value in antistatic coating, barrier coating and anticorrosive coating.In this paper, firstly, An forms into PANI-DBSA/PUA mixture in PUA in-situ emulsion by using DBSA as emulsifier and dopant, APS as oxidant.Secondly, adding UV initiator, active monomer dilution and light-cured resin into the dried PANI-DBSA,nd after blending them,the prepolymer would be light-cured into DBSA-PUA IPN conductive composite film.Lastly,by using particle size analysis and conductivity measurement,we study the influence of reaction condition on PANI-DBSA formation. By using the measurement of gel content, mechanical property and conductivity property, we study the influence of prepolymer formation and light-curing condition on the property of composite film. By using thermal analysis and electrochemical analysis, we respectively study the thermal stability and anti-corrosion performance of composite film. The result shows:when PUA/xylol is20wt%, DBSA/water is30wt%,APS/water is0.80mol/L,molality of An is1.0mol/Kg, reaction time is6h,then the PANI-DBSA we get has the largest conductivity.namely66.75S/m,ite average particle size is161nm.When nano PANI-DBSA dosage is3wt%,initiator TPO is6wt%,curing time is40s,EO-TMPTA is31wt%,the composite film can be totally cured, the resistivity is15MΩ,then the tensile strength of the composite film is35.71MPa,breakage elongation is13.1%. The larger the dosage of PANI-DBSA in composite film, the better the anticorrosive quality. With the soak time being prolonged, the pH of system medium being increased, the anticorrosive quality of the composite film gradually declines. The composite film begins to decompose at220℃,and has relatively high thermal stability. And we characterize the structure of PANI-DBSA by using infrared spectroscopy analysis, thermal analysis and TEM analysis.
