Water pollution caused by agricultural non-point source was a universal environmental problem in Jiangsu province. With the development of economy the quality of water was getting worse and worse, moreover the agricultural non-point source pollution was getting more and more important in water pollution source, which directly restricted the sustainable development of society and economy. The level of economic development was unbalanced in different areas in Jiangsu province, and the feather of agricultural non-point source pollution was diverse in different regions, so, the knowledge of the condition and feather of the agricultural non-point source pollution was very important both in theory and realism to control agricultural non-point source pollution, improve the ecological environment and realizing the harmonized development of economy and environment.By sampling and analyzing the pollution fountainhead of different areas in Jiangsu. The article summarize the condition of the water circumstance, analyze the otherness of the nitrogen and phosphorus consistence, and account the let mete by the way of sampling and equal standard pollution loading. Colligating the water capability of Jiangsu advance the conception of pollution burthen balance index, evaluate the pollution fountainhead. The result indicated that:1 By sampling and analyze the water from the surface water function areas, the results indicated that: the water quality of surface water in countriesâ… -â…¢species account for 48.1%,â…£,â…¤species account for 44.7%, inferiorâ…¤species account for 7.3%,there is 51.9% exceedâ…¢species. The surface water in the south of Jiangsu is worse than the north area of huai river, and worse than the littoral, the water in the along the long river areas is the best. The water in Huaian,Zhenjiang and Yancheng are the best, but water in Wuxi,Changzhou and Suzhou are the worst.2 By analyze the consistence of the nitrogen and phosphorus from different pollution fountainhead, scale livestock and birds have the worst pollution intensity, the better is aquiculture, the better is farmland, and the pollution intensity by living sewage is better than farmland but worse than woodland. The consistence of the nitrogen and phosphorus in South Jiangsu is higher than North huai river areas, and the difference is prominence, littoral has a prominent difference between along the long river areas. The consistence of the nitrogen and phosphorus in farmland is high on March,July and November, aquiculture is high on March, living sewage is high on January,March.3 The chemical fertilizer pollution was the greatest agricultural non-point source pollution, the TN pollution burthen rate reach 74.56%, the second is pollution of aquiculture, the pollution burthen rate reach 11.57%, pollute of living sewage is bad, the pollution burthen rate reach 9.12%. The aquiculture TP pollution burthen rate has reach 51.12%, the living water is 35.48%, the farmland is 12.13%. So chemical fertilizer pollution,domestic living pollution,aquiculture pollution were the key factors containing the sustainable development of the agriculture and environment in Jiangsu province.4 The equivalent standard pollution loading rates of different agricultural non-point source pollution in different regions were analyzed by clustering analysis method, and the results indicated that Xuzhou,Suqian,Yancheng,Lianyungang and Huaian were polluted mainly by chemical fertilizer pollution, Nanjing,Yangzhou,Zhenjiang and Taizhou were polluted mainly by aquiculture pollution; Changzhou and Wuxi,Nantong were polluted by domestic living pollution; Suzhou is a integrate pollution area.5 The water capability of Yangzhou is the most of all, Yancheng is the biggest in Huai river areas, Suzhou is the biggest in Tai lake. The analysis of the pollution burthen balance index shows that the pollution in Xuzhou is the worst, the TN pollution balance index reach 11.47, TP pollution balance index reach 2.36, the pollution in the North of Jiangsu is worse than the South of Jiangsu. Except Nanjing,Yangzhou,Zhenjiang,Taizhou and Nantong, the pollution burthen balance index in other cities in Jiangsu have excess 1.Based on the understanding of the cause of agricultural non-point source pollution in Jiangsu province, some countermeasures were suggested according to different pollution source.
