For this study, we choose the second drinking water resourse of Changsha city, Zhushuqiao reservoir as a typical study district. We get some rather abundant basic data by the investigation on agricultural area pollution in the reservoir district and it's drainage area's fertilizer, rural living and feed of livestock and fowl. On the base of study and analyse, it specially discusses 2 points:by monitoring and comparation analyzing the quality of the water from the zhushuqiao reseroir, it indicates all the index has reached to the corresponding standard. There is no pollution in water resourse. It indicates that the local government and some relevant departments have greatly attached importance to the water resourse, Zhushuqiao reservoir which is regards as the ready water resourse and got rather good achievement by using some protection measure.By estimating the pollution contribution rate about pollution resourse of the fertilizer, rural living, livestock and fowl in zhushuqiao reservoir distric and it's upstream drainage area, we get the pollution rate data is as follow:74.98%,12.65% and 12.38%. It analyses the risk of latent agricultral area pollution for zhushuqiao reservoir. The study indicates that the main latent pollution stuff on zhushuqiao reservoir is pesticide and fertilizer. By comparative analysis, we find the pollution control central area is Zhangfang Town and Xiaohe Town which locate on the upstream of Zhushuqiao reservoir. Finally, we have proposed the prevention countermeasures on agriculture area pollution about this researching district on the base of analysis the drinking water resourse and agriculture area pollution.
