With the increasing percentage of family gas stove and speeding-up demand of outdoor barbecuing gas stove from market, gas stove becomes more and more popular. The design for current gas stove's burner and buring system are mainly with molten die-casting. Foundry has features like low production efficiency and complicated product technology, which is also the reasons of high production cost.Traditional improving method for production efficiency is mostly to accelerate foundry sand processing. For example, current DISA casting machine offers automatic sand core and sand molding manufacturing pipe line, which needs high investment for equipment. The surface of die-casting product requires enamel treatment in case of rusting in high-temperature application, but enamel causes serious environment pollution.By analysis of current gas stove burning system processing technology, production cost and comparison of new and current burner's design and making, this thesis concludes new burner is good for environmental protection and reducing production cost in terms of material choice and processing technology. Basing on this conclusion, testing is adopted to approve product using effect and product life cycle meets the standard. The testing aims to ameliorate burner's heal efficiency through improving burner's installing design and selecting good reflecting while less thermal radiation material. It testifies efficiency has increased by approximately 6%.This thesis has five chapters, mainly includes: chapter 1 briefly introduce the subject's studying motivation and recent stove's burning situation; chapter 2 expatiates thermodynamic properties and burning speciality of gas; chapter 3 presents new burner design, burning system's parameter projecting, testing of the concluding theory; chapter 4 recommends analysis of burner's processing technology and testing of the analysis; chapter 5 makes a summing-up and prospect, explains the unsolved questions in this thesis and offers suggestions of the future studying direction.
