Our national economy has been in the state of rapid development nowadays, cement industry being more and more conspicuous, takes an unneglected importance to the nation economy. In order to adapt the needs of social development, being a manufacturer ,we pursue the joint objective:making higher quality and cheaper products, fulfilling cement products economical and social benefits to meet the needs of the market.This project retropects the history of cement industry, presents the application of the new cement technology,and points out the direction of nation's cement development.Meanwhile,we analyzes cement impact factors , and promotes the main problems in the processing by new dry method cement factoriesThis project takes XinSheng cement factory in Hunan province as evidences ,which has producing datas in 2006 at 600t/d cement product lines.Putting 295 workdays raw materials , green materials and clink quality datas into consideration,we could synthesize the stability of materials for the cement quality.The main influences to cement quality include raw materials ,manufacturing level and work condition.For a founded cement factory , it is a principal way to promote product quality by maintaining the raw material quality and raising the manipulating level. After synthesizing amount of datas , we can state that chemical ingredients stabilities in the raw materials ,green materials and clinks are the key factors for cement quality. Summarizing them together ,we can get CaO,SiO2,Fe2O3,free CaO,and coal ash,are the main factors for the cement intensity ,indicating ratios and mineral componets is KH, SM, C3S,and C2S, and C4AF.By setting up the equation among intensity for 28 days ,3 days ,and other relative factors ,it could be used to obtain the cement intensity impact facors , and utilize known components to estimate the strength in different agesAccording to synthesis conclusion , we can point out that uniformity behavior is the base of component stability, uniformity method is an effective way to solve the raw material stability.the key uniformity steps are raw material preuniformity and green materials equality.
