Research On Tang-meal Depoison, Protein Extraction And Tang Shell Utilization

The three-step depoison of by using solvent immersing,steam and microorganism ferment at temperature range of 28～32℃with moisture of 0～30%,pH value of 6～7 and ratio of bacterium to tung meal being 1:85～100 for 24h to 36h.Obtained tung powder is no poison in term of poison grade with median lethal dose (LD₅₀).The effects of grain,pH value,immersing time,immersing temperature and ratio of feed liquid on protein extraction from tung meal were investigated by using one-factor experiment.The optimum technology conditions of protein extraction from tung meal were determined on basis of extraction amount of protein by orthogonal experiment(L₉3⁴),which is ratio of feed liquid of 1:12 for 100min of immersing time at 45℃of immersing temperature with 10 of pH value in immersing solution and 80 order of grain.By using tung shell as raw materials,effects of activator content,activated temperature,mass ratio of ratio of feed liquid and activated time on activated carbon preparation were investigated.The optimum technology conditions of activated carbon preparation from tung shell were determined by orthogonal experiment(L₉3⁴),which are ratio of feed liquid being 1:2.0,zinc chloride content of 50%,activated temperature of 600℃and activated time of 60min.Furthermore,performances of activated carbon were tested and compared.The experimental results show the iodine sorption value and methylene blue sorption value of tung-shell activated carbon are 986.35mg/g and 178.23mg/g,respectively. Decolor performance of activated carbon is up to activated clay,which seems to suggest that it has good adsorption.Meanwhile,the component of tung shell was analyzed,and results show the tung shell contains lots of Ca,Mg and K elements which are extracted to prepare chemical fertilizer.In addition,the tung meal without poison and the protein,which is extracted from tung meal,are used in feedingstuff industry.
