| This task studied entering additive in coal tar cut in order to improve quality of oil and fulfil the demand of fuel.Along with the increasingly short of petroleum,our security of energy sources come under severity threaten.Scientific researchers in our country have payed more attention to seek new substitution of fuel.We have abundant possession of coal to produce new substitution of fuel,and it is not only according with the policy4 of energy sources but also is the necessity current of fuel development.The complex element and more impurity in coal tar cut,limited the feasibility of becoming fuel severity.Compared with the other methods of craft-refine,using additive need easy craft condition,lower expenditure and hardly need adding new facility,so we studied improving the capability limitation by adding additive.Four additives for improving stabilization,lower solidification,anti-dissolving and anti-friction of coal tar cut are studied.There are four part of this task,(1) analyzed the factor of stability affection in coal tar cut by simulating compound experiment,then reviewed the influence between adding the additive and without;(2) analyzed the affection when adding different kinds and quantity of lower solidification;(3) synthesized a kind of compound with anti-dissolving and delaying corrode-mizolinelamide,made it the basis confect anti-dissolving additive and review its function;(4) synthesized oleic acid propanediol ester and oleic acid acylamide, made it the basis confect anti-friction and review its function.The result indicate that,adding these four additives separately in coal tar cut,could improve the property of oil:(1) after adding 31~# stabilization additive 0.2%,chroma and deposition can accord with fuel demand after deposited some days;(2) after adding lower solidification additive G 0.05%~0.10%,△SP could change between 12℃and 22℃,△CFPP could change between 4℃and 10℃,pour point can accord with fuel demand; (3) adding 2~# or 3~# anti-dissolving additive 2000ppm can improve dissolving effect to rubber component and corrupt effect to metal parts of fuel;(4) after adding 23~# anti-friction additive 80-100μg/g,determine the anti-friction capability by means of accepted around Europe,and reach anticipate aim. |
