Relative to the first generation biology fuel,such as corn and bean,the straw and other plant fibres were identified as the second biology fuel.And the most advantage is avoied the risk,which is grap grain from human and grap land from grain.This research choice the special fibre materials——dairy manure.That's not only expended the scape of the choice of the fibre materials,but also change waste to wealth.Meantime,It also provided a new way to develop biology fuel.It's important for sustainable development.This research include three part:First,Investigation of livestock manure's pollution.Second,Pretreatment and zymosis a success of research.Last,Benefit analyisis of dairy manure ethanol.Recently,breeding made a big progress,even to be a pillar industries in some place.However,the pullution of livestock manure from bad to worse.There is a lot of indigested organic matters in livestock manure,which will endangered the air,water,soil and biology.Actually,the scale of intensive aquaculture has grown and animal feed tends to be standared,so livestock manure contains plenty of cellulosic materials.If change this materials to ethanol,not only the use of the waste, creating value,but also reduced the livestock and poultry manure on the environment pollution.In this paper,based on pollution ecology theory,selected to represent comparison of the characteristics of intensive livestock farming manure——cow dung as cellulosic materials.It was found that the pretreatment methods,temperature,time,concentration and substrate concentration were more important to the acid pretreatment than alkali pretreatment.The results of orthogonal experiment concluded Ca(OH)2 is not suitable as a pretreatment reagent;the optimized condition were 2%HCl,2.5h,temperature 125℃,substrate concentration 45g·L-1.The results of ethanol fermentation on the cellulosic hydrolysate showed that the optimized condition were temperautre 55℃,enzyme dosage0.1mg/g,substrate concentration 1.5g·L-1,pH4.8.Through analysis benefit of society,economy and environment,it concluded that dairy manure as a fiber raw material for ethanol not only broadens the traditional scope of the raw materials and in accordance with the development of the concept of circular economy.
