The rapid development of science and technology promotes scientific and technological products to change with each passing day.IT products closely link to people's daily life and,particularly, some electronic and electrical appliances occupy a pivotal position in people's life.However,these products make their users under a long time hazards of electromagnetic radiation,though they really brought in a number of convenience in life.Electromagnetic radiation impacts bad effect on the user's physical and mental health.As results,from the beginning of the 1970s,scientists began to look for a good method of making electromagnetic shielding materials for apparel.There are still some problems.For example,the shielding effect cannot match with the garment comfort.This problem is really a big pity in textile business.The objective of this study is to find a suitable solution considering the effectiveness of screening and garment comfort,by choosing fiber materials,spinning process,fabric structure and the content of stainless steel.In this study,we spun the hybrid yarn using staple fiber from milk protein as the sheath component and the filament of stainless steel as the core component.The yarn was then knitted into fabric samples.The tensile properties of the yarn were tested by a yarn tester and the hairiness properties by the Miriam hairiness instrument.The comfort performance,surface performance and electromagnetic shielding performance of the samples were tested by an air instrument,a Miriam water vapor permeability,a warm keeping instrument,the KES,an anti-static electric instrument,an electromagnetic shielding effective instrument.By evaluating the testing results,we can find a suitable solution to coordinate the joint performance of comfort and electromagnetic shielding.In the analysis of anti-static electric and electromagnetic shielding effect,both range analysis and analysis of variance were performed to analyze the results more scientifically.From the study it is shown that:By improving the system of ring spinning frame,the evenness and mechanical properties of the core yarn is good;As the content of stainless steel wire increases, the comfort performance changes:when the content is more than 20%,the thermal insulation rapidly decline,reaching 25%,fabric has low permeability,and when rise to 25%,water vapor permeability of the fabric gets a significant drop.According to the gray cluster analysis,when the content of stainless steel wire is less than 20%,the comfort performance is excellent,20 to 30%, middle-performance,30 to 100%,taking poor performance. Stainless steel wire has a significant impact on the electromagnetic shielding efficiency,the texture of fabric has an impact on electromagnetic shielding efficiency,but does not significantly.In the distance between a[0.58,1.25]mm scope,changes in the density of stainless steel wire do not have a significant impact on the electromagnetic shielding efficiency.
