As the standard of atmosphere contamination goes stricter day by day,the baghouse filter becomes to be the pivotal equipment of smoke dust catcher in industrial furnaces in most fields gradually.As the industrial equipments become larger and larger,the dust catchers change larger correspondingly.The cleaning installation of large baghouse filter tends to the pulse cleaning installation.The capability of pulse cleaning installation influences the performance of baghouse filter directly.The pulse cleaning installation contains diaphragm valve,and the conduit.This subject researches on the performance of pulse cleaning installation of baghouse filter.The primary contents of this subject includes:The Relation between the capacity of diaphragm valve and Effect of the pulse cleaning system,how to choose the best distance between conduit and filter,the organization of airflow in conduit and technical improvement of conduit,Angle of depression in the pulse cleaning system.This subject tests some diaphragm valves of different types continuously.It proves that the capacity of diaphragm valve affect the effect of he pulse cleaning system, the capacity of diaphragm valve has a direct ratio to the pressure of header tank,the electrical time.The longer the electrical time,the better effective,this viewpoint is wrong.we should choose the electrical time between 40ms and 110ms.This subject estimates the reaction of different distance and the max acceleration of the bag.We could get same Relations of distance and the pressure of header tank by Optimization.The Optimal distance is between 210mm and 310mm.The bigger the pressure of header tank,the more close to 310mm.Face the problems of Unbalanced in pulse-jet cleaning of bag filters,we can achieve even volume of gas injection by two methods of variable-diameter conduit and nozzle variable aperture.Theoretical analysis method come to the injection pressure in the pipe as well as the speed of change.We can come to calculation of the general process of change diameter injection(that is gradually reduced gradually expand control injection),as well as calculation formula of injection hole diameter. Through methods of testing and CFD,to get relationship of the jet angle and pressure:the increased pressure correspond to the trend of declination of jet angle,the last four the nozzle angle is small and their value is only two degree,when the pulse pressure 500kpa In addition to angle of the first four nozzle are large,the back of the jet nozzle out of gas very small angle can be corrected without nozzle;Pulse in the dust in the air bag when the pressure for high-pressure nozzles can be without,thus reducing the nozzle as a result of pressure brought about by the partial loss of more cleaning.
