Research And Application Of Knowledge Services-oriented Process Design And The Cotton Quality Control System

In the era of knowledge-based economy,knowledge is becoming one of the most valuable resources.The effective use and sharing of knowledge can support better decision-making,solving problems or generating new information and knowledge.As important intellectual resources,the process knowledge plays an important role in developing new products and adapting to market competition for modem cotton spinning enterprises.Business urgently need process knowledge to improve the process design quality and level,so that it can achieve product quality control,from the perspective of process.Knowledge services-oriented process design and the cotton quality control system are put forward to solve this problem.The issue of national scientific and technological support projects is based on research and development of a suitable cotton spinning industry,cotton spinning process design and quality control.It is aimed at improving the efficiency of cotton textile design, shortening the design cycle and improving product quality control capacity to reuse knowledge based on the former process,the relevant characteristics and parameters,resulting in new technology,reducing production costs of the textile industry and improving the quality of products to enhance market competitiveness.In the current research,the following aspects will be addressed:(1) This paper reviews the subject of research background and significance,also analyzes the status and development trend of the current textile informatization.(2) After the requirements and analysis of the cotton entertainment,proposed the strategy of the process design and quality control and the system architecture and functional model.(3) It works on systematic design,establishing a good knowledge service model.The functional framework of the system is also given,including process design,process knowledge acquisition and management,quality process control and rights management systems.(4) An platform for this system has been successfully implemented through research in the paper,meanwhile,an knowledge base for textile has been build,and this paper propose a solution to solve the calculation problem of common and non-common process parameters,the process query problem based on CBR,the description and interchange of process data,the security module of this system.(5) Propose the situation of project application in three entertainments and in comparison of the effect before and after the system's application in entertainment.
