Raw cotton impurities have a major influence on the quality of cotton textiles,they are easy to form yarn,dyeing and fabric defects in the process of textiles,then they make the textile dye uneven or form holes and reduce the economic benefits of cotton textile enterprises.Therefore,it is essential to find out and analyze the factors that affect the subsequent processing of textiles and how to affect it before spinning.This topic is based on the phenomenon in the actual production of enterprises.In actual production,there will be the accumulation of cotton fiber in the carding machine cover plate,the tin forest and top comb needle ruler of the combing machine,which not only affects the effect of the front spinning,but also has a certain influence on the yarn products.The reason for the analysis is that the crushed cottonseed kernel are mixed into cotton fibers.This subject is studied with the above problems,and it is found that the cause of this phenomenon is that the sugar contained in the crushed cottonseed kernel can precipitate and adhere to the cotton fiber under certain conditions.In addition,it is further explored how the crushed cottonseed kernel affects the yarn,the sugar content of the cottonseed kernel,and the sugar content of the cottonseed kernel of Xinjiang long staple cotton and Xinjiang medium cotton.Finally,the actual production was simulated artificially,and the crushed cottonseed kernel particles were added to the raw cotton for comparative spinning.The spinning machine parts,spinning semi-finished products and yarn quality are observed,and the semi-finished products of raw cotton and spinning are compared and verified through HVI and AFIS tests;The yarn's mechanical properties,hairiness and evenness test and analysis were carried out.The yarn winding and cutting objects were collected and analyzed.Collection and analysis of winding digestion scab.Through the research of the subject,we get the following conclusions: In order to better control the production and processing of different varieties of cotton,the probability of production will be affected.(1)Through observation,analysis and verification,the preliminary analysis is that in the process of cotton fiber spinning,the spinning machine runs at high speedcontinuously,produces high temperature locally,and when cotton fiber contained the crushed cottonseed kernel passes through high temperature area,the sugar of cottonseed kernels separate out the surface of the fiber,and the spinning device and yarn performance are adversely affected.(2)It is further verified the analysis and made the sugar content of cottonseed kernel test.It was found that the sugar content of Xinjiang cotton staple fiber was7.13%,which was higher than 6.15% of Xinjiang medium cotton.From the sugar content of cotton fiber itself,it is still the highest sugar content of Xinjiang long staple cotton,however,the sugar content of long staple cotton fibers does not affect production.In the actual production process,the long staple cotton has an effect on the production.It is verified that with the increase of the cottonseed kernel particles in the cotton fiber,the sugar content of the whole cotton fiber increases.(3)According to the detailed calculation,the cottonseed kernel content in the actual spinning process accounts for 12? of the total cotton fiber..The normal cotton1 kg was taken,the impurity was screened out,the cottonseed kernel was picked out,and the impurities and cottonseed were weighed and calculated.The content of the cottonseed kernel in the 1kg impurity was about 1.5% of the total amount of impurities.The quantitative addition is based on the spinning process of cottonseed kernel,it is insured that added the number of cottonseed kernels was consistent with content of Cottonseed Kernel in the production process.(4)Most of the broken cottonseed kernel are removed from carding machine during carding process.In the drawing process,with dust and small impurities in cotton fiber adhesion in the rubber roller surface together.During the combing stage,the top comb needle teeth will cause some pollution.When they are serious,they will jam the needle teeth and affect the carding effect.In the process of roving and spinning,because most impurities are removed from the spinning process,the impact is less.(5)After the spinning process,the yarn was tested for the properties of yarn drying,stretching and hairiness.After adding cottonseed kernel,it was found that the evenness were great influence from slub +35%,neps +140% and neps +200%,whichincreased the number of slub and neps.In testing the tensile properties of yarns,it is found that the breaking strength of yarn has decreased,and the elongation at break has increased slightly.Hairiness test found slightly reduced the number of yarn hairiness,less impact.(6)In order to verify the consistency of the conclusion,detecting the test data of HVI and AFIS after adding cottonseed kernel.From the HVI data,the mic value and yellowness of the cotton fiber became larger,and the spinning consistency parameters of the fiber were reduced.In the test data of AFIS,the number of neps and impurities with dust increased in the carding process,and the number of neps after combing process decreased.From these rules,it is show that the test data is consistent with the performance of the yarn,and the conclusion is verified.
