The nano-scale TS-1 is synthesized by using self-made tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) solution as the template,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as Si source and tetrabutyl orthotitanate(TBOT) as the Ti source.For using self-made TPAOH as the template,there are also the amounts of Br- in the TPAOH solutions.To investigate the effect,the samples are characterized by XRD,IR,UV-Vis and TEM and react on the epoxidation of the propylene. The result indicates that,although to change the Br- concentrate in the self-made TPAOH solutions.There is no effect on the epoxidation of propylene,and the morpholofies of the nano-scale TS-1 samples are obviously different.There are many papers about the synthesis of the nano-scale TS-1 samples.But many of its are about the small experiment,and crystal time are from 48 to 72 hours.In this paper,to economize the energy,we shorten the crystal time to get the high crystal nano-scale TS-1 samples.The results shows that there are good catalytic performance for propene epoxidation by using the 36 hours as the crystal time.Optimize the modification conditions of TPAOH solutions,and the optimal modification conditions of TPAOH are following:0.06MTPAOH,1gTS-1:5mlTPAOH.The micro-TS-1 id modified by the TPAOH,and the result shows that the framework of TS-1 is not changed obviously after modified by TPAOH.Compare the micro-TS-1 with strip TS-1,the catalytic performance have no different.
