Research On Environmental Economical Evaluation Of Highway Construction Projects Based On The Concept Of Harmony

With the development of economy and technology,highway construction projects increase in the double-digit growth rate annually,which involve increasing range and scope. However,the relationship between highway construction projects and the social and ecological environment is in a crisis,building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is in the most urgent situation.To find and solve the contradictions fundamentally, environmental evaluation of highway construction projects should adopt the concept of harmony to analyze and evaluate highway construction projects.In the background of building a harmonious society in China,the dissertation does research into environmental evaluation of highway construction projects based on the concept of harmony.In recent years,"Harmony" has become the major topic which is concerned by academe, and the concept of harmony has also been accepted by more and more enterprises.So far, however,no one dissertate environmental evaluation of highway construction projects systematically based on the concept of harmony.Based on the above,the dissertation makes an attempt,and hopes to be able to provide new idea and method for highway construction projects.To analyze harmony of highway construction projects and research harmonious degree of various environmental evaluation indicator sub-system,harmonious degree is introduced,and indicator system is established,which lay a confirmed foundation for long-term development and lasting profitability of highway construction projects.Through the analysis and the evaluation of society,ecology and environment,we can calculate and evaluate the harmonious degree,the project and the harmony between the outside environment.This will be a great and long time support to the highway construction,The theories in this paper,first,can be good for total society recognizing the importance of making policy;second,it will be a great help in investment and management,so the government can be able to consider the investment of highway project in overall situation and long-term benefits.
