Along with the more and more strict demand on environment protection,there is an urgent need to produce low sulfur fuel oil to meet the future environmental legislation on the sulfur content.The effective oxidation of benzothiophenes,which are the most stable sulfur-containing compounds in the distillates of petroleum,is the base for developing deep oxidative desulfurization(ODS) of fuels.This thesis presents the study on the oxidation of dibenzothiophene catalyzed by metallophthalocyanine with molecular oxygen as oxidant in the simulated under water-free condition.First,we synthesized series of metallophthalocyanine with different central ions and different substituents,such as FePc(NO2)4,CoPc(NO2)4,MnPc(NO2)4,Pc(NO2)4,and FePc(NH2)(NO2)3,FePc(NH2)4,FePc.The structures of them were affirmed by IR,UV-VIS spectrum and elemental analysis.Second,500μg/g DBT as model compound,some factors such as reaction tempareture, reaction time,oxygen pressure and amount of catalyst were conducted on conversion of DBT. We studied the oxidation of DBT using metallophthalocyanine as catalysts with molecular oxygen as oxidant.Through investigating effects of catalyst kinds,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen pressure and so on on conversion of DBT,we got the optimal reaction conditions,and we also investigated the oxidation reaction of other thiophene compounds.We preliminarily studied its mechanism.Finally,we synthesized FePc(NO2)4/MCM-41 with three different methods,the structures of them were affirmed by XRD,IR and UV-VIS spectrum.Using them as catalysts, molecular oxygen as oxidant,we studied the oxidation of DBT(1%).Through investigating effects of preparation methods of catalyst,reaction temperature,amount of catalyst,reaction time,oxygen pressure,olefins and so on on conversion of DBT,we got the optimal reaction conditions.Under the optimal reaction conditions,we investigated universal of reaction conditons with other sulfides,and we preliminarily studied its dynamics.The catalyst of FePc(NO2)4 supported on MCM-41 exhibits better catalytic activity and stability compared with FePc(NO2)4 unsupported.
