1. Study on the N-arylation of nitrogen-containing heterocycle compounds catalyzed by copper (II) ions and 2,2'-biimidazoleA series of N-aromatic heterocycle compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of aryl halides and nitrogen-containing heterocycles under the assistance of copper (II) ions and 2,2'-biimidazole. This reaction system was novel, mild and efficient. The structures of these products have been characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS.2. Study on the reaction of 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-phenylbutane-1,3-diketones and iodobenzene diacetate promoted by copper (II) ions and 2,2'-biimidazoleA new and efficient way was developed to carry out the reaction of 4,4,4- trifluoro-1-phenylbutane-1,3-diketones and iodobenzene diacetate under the assistance of copper(II) ions and 2,2'-biimidazole. 2-Aceoxyacetophenone was obtained unexpectedly in excellent yield. The products have been confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and HRMS.3. The total synthesis of 1-(5-amino-4-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)-4-(difluoromethyl) -3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-one1-(5-Amino-4-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)-4-(difluoromethyl)-3-methyl-1H-1,2,4- triazol-5(4H)-one was synthesized by cyclization, nitrification, reduction and other steps through 4-chloro-2-fluoroaniline as substrate. The products have been characterized by m.p., 1H NMR and HRMS.
