In organic reactions, the oxidation reaction is very common and important and the research of such reactions have been concerned by many chemists. My research is mainly about the synthesis of several polymer-supported of iodobenzene diacetate and the preliminary research of the method for the synthesis of N-formamide structure,which applied to the oxidation of the hydroxy compound and that electrolytic MnO2 applied to the oxidation of aniline derivatives.My research job is mainly consisted of the following sections,Part?: Based on the widely review relevant literatures, a reasonable idea of the experiment and a concrete experimental program were proposed in this paper.Part?: This Part is divided into two sections. The first section summarized the history of hypervalent iodine compounds and the polymer compounds of hypervalent iodine in detail. According to the types of reactions including oxidation reaction,substitution reaction, rearrangement reaction and etc., we have highlighted the hypervalent iodine compounds that were studied mostly and widely. We also have reviewed the applications about polymer agents including polystyrene-supported high iodine compounds in organic synthesis. In the second section, the applications about MnO2 in organic synthesis were summarized. Many chemists are interested in the research of MnO2 due to the oxidation activity in most reactions and its efficiency,low-toxicity, low-cost and easy-preparation. In this section, the oxidation selectivity of MnO2 was introduced in detail.Part?: This Part is divided into three sections. The first section We have synthesized polystyrene-supported iodobenzene diacetate through improved synthetic route which has been reported in literature, and four compounds of polymer-supported iodobenzene diacetate that haven't reported in literature. This section We also have explored the hydroxy compounds of oxidation by the five compounds of polymer-supported iodobenzene diacetate. In the second section, We optimized the conditions of the oxidation of aniline by electrolytic MnO2 that including solvents,amount of oxidant, reaction temperature and reaction time. We have got best reaction conditions, and based on these conditions we explored the reaction of the substrate,and achieved the desired yield. In third section, We explored the methods for the synthesis of N-formamide structure preliminary. Finally, various types of compounds by synthesized were characterized including IR,1HNMR,13CNMR and MS.
