Acid dyes and slightly acid dyes dye protein fibers: wool and silk, fibers have more dye sites in acid dyebath, more dye molecules are absorbed in dye sites of fibers, utilization ratio of dyes raise, the rest of dyes in dyebath drop,the cost of sewage treatment reduce, environmental pollution minimize. Affinity of slightly acid dyes dyeing silk is bigger, so initial rate of dyeing is faster, it can cause nonuniform dyeing. For the purpose of improving dyeing uniformity, letting more dyes dye fibers, and reducing concentration of dyes in ultimate dyebath,in this pater, by studying dyeing properties of slightly acid dyes dyeing silk under acid condition, the linear dyeing relation could obtain by controlling dyebath temperature and pH value. In the initial stage of dyeing, dyes dyed fibers evenly under high pH value(neutral) and low dyeing temperature conditions. In the later stage of dyeing, more dyes dyed fibers under low pH value by adding acid gradually and high dyeing temperature conditions. And ultimate dyeing results of slightly acid dyes dyeing silk under pH value control condition were detailed analyzed. Low temperature dyeing under pH value control condition was also studied.The results showed, the linear dyeing curve could obtain by controlling pH value and temperature in the processes of slightly acid dyes dyeing silk, pH value control dyeing could come true. Dyes that dyeing nonuniformly had better uniformity of dyeing by linear control dyeing method. Low temperature dyeing under linear control condition had better uniformity of dyeing and higher ultimate rate of dyeing,except some dyes.Last, studied feasibility of automatic control system of pH value in dyeing processes, drew automatic control system framework, modeled pH value automatic control system by Software Netbeans, expecting the control system could use for reformed traditional dyeing machine. realized the processes of acid dyes dyeing silk standarding.
