As a replaced feedstock, bio-diesel has attracted much attention, The increase of bio-dies. Therefore, more and more researchers focus on the development of an economical follow-up chemistry of glycerol.Acrolein is an important chemical feedstock. Dehydratio glycerol to acrolein is the best method on account of its economy and friendly to environment. In this dissertation, the catalyst of heteropoly acids(HPA) support on the active carbon was studied. The effects of content of HPA, support, the kind of HPA, solvent, the method of support treatment, reaction temperature and liquid hourly space velocity etc. were mainly investigated by means of some characterizations such as BET, XRF, XRD, NH3-TPD, TG and IR. The reaction was performed under atmospheric pressure.Supported catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. It was found that the content of HPA, the kind of HPA and the pore diameter effect the catalyst behavior. The content of HPA higher or lower was bad to the catalysis. It also improved that the performance of catalysts was closely related to the heteropoly acids dispersion and the relative quantity of strong acids sites. And silicotungstic acids showed the excellent catalystic performance due to its thermostability。...
