In this thesis, three ligands and four series of complexes have been synthesized, the single crystals about one organic compound and six kinds of complexes have been obtained. Structural characterization and properties analysis have been investigated by EA,UV,IR and TG-DTG and so on.1. The organic ligand of benzylthiol was synthesized, then we reacted with them to get the compound of PhCH2SSCH2Ph(a) and one series of crown clusters, the single crystals of (a) and [Ni6(SCH2C6H5)12]·C2H5OH (b) have been obtained.2. The organic ligand of 2, 5-dimercapto-1, 3, 4-thiodiazole was synthesized, we got a series of dimetal macrocyclic complexes via reacted them with transition metal complexes of M(acac)2 (acac= acetylacetone, M=Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mn etc ) and the single crystals of [Ni2(C12H12N2O4S3)2(H2O)4]·2DMF·3H2O (c) and [Ni(acac)2(im)2] (d) have been obtained.3. The organic ligand of 5-mercapto-1-phenyltrazole was synthesized, we got a series of complexes through reacted them with metal salts, and the single crystal of [Cu(Pta)2(NO3)2(H2O)2] (e) has been obtained.4. Two kinds of complexes have been obtained through reacted cobalt salt with ethylenediamine and propylene diamine etc respectively, and two kinds single crystals of [Na(H2O)6][Co(en)3]2Cl7 (f) and [Co(ppd)2]2AcCl·H2O (g) have been obtained.Through two software of Mercury and Diamond, We have analysized these crystal structures,which show these complexes can self-assemble to form some 2D or 3D structures via supramolecular interactions such as hydrogen bond,π···πand X-H···πstacking and so on. We find the complexes of (b) and (f) construct supramolecular microporous structures through these intermolecular interactions when we investigated their thermogravimetry, power X-ray diffraction and crystal structure. The crystal structure of (f) is very novel and interesting, it constructs three dimensional supramolecular microporous structure via hydrogen bonds, and the Na(H2O)6+ ion like eggs in the hydrogen bond nests. The magnetic property of (f) also has been investigated.In addition, the electrochemical properties of these complexes have also been a preliminary study and exploration.
