Study On NC Machine Shield Design Based On Ergonomics

Number-control machine tool(NC for short) is the basis of the equipment manufacturing industry.Safety and human design standards which mainly manifest in the shield design,are important indicators measuring the quality of NC machine tool.There is almost no difference between domestic and foreign NC machine tool in the function design.But the biggest difference of the NC machine tool is omission attention of the human design and most not having a specific system shield design,comparing to developed countries.Most of the NC machine tool having shield design counterfeit foreign brands technology,ignore the people's habits and the human scale differences.It hardly meets modern machine tool searcher needs.This paper studies the shield design technical requirements,ergonomics requirements and design methods to these NC machine tools at the base of the ergonomics theory and method and domestic vertical machining center.Through research and analysis,it summers up the Industrial Design principles,requirements and line of "Pre-design——Ergonomics design—Structural design——Results show" of the NC machine tool shield design.It also studies the ergonomics design method of the computer-aided.Study results show that the Industrial Design principles,requirements and line to the NC machine tool shield design from this paper is scientific and practical,good trial results.It has important theoretical and practical value to resolve similar projects,and is conducive to upgrading overall performance,quality and market recognition of the China's NC machine tool products.
